This dog-only store 4000 square feet of dog specific toys, treats, foods, travel items, supplements and people gifts too.  Our 5-bay Self Serve Dog Wash is always clean, comes with all the equipment you need to get your fur-ball squeaky-clean, and has a variety of dog shampoos and treatments to choose from.

Our team is comprised of customer-service oriented dog fanatics —but don’t take our word for it, come in and see how we made retail customer-focused again!

Give us a call to setup a Drop and Shop bathing appointment. All full service baths includes a mud-bath, shampoo, conditioner/treatment, blueberry facial, nail clip, anal expression, ear cleaning, blow-out and perfume/cologne of your choice.

Does your dog need a little help in the manners and obedience side of life?  We can help you with most of your dog training needs too. Ask us about our training programs at our doggie-gym next door!

I always come here to use the self dog wash for my two dogs! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The tubs are always squeaky clean and the products they have are great. I have two super shedding dogs and use the shedding treatment shampoo they provide and it is AMAZING!! The amount of fur that comes off with the treatment is insane!

Such a wonderful store! The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and they have such a great selection of items for our dogs. They also have bathing stations for your dogs and can even do gland expressions, which we used to have to take our dogs to the vet for. A visit to JDP for a dog is like a human going to a spa, toy store and a candy store at the same time. Throw in a class next door at Barks and Rec and that’s like going to the park. The only thing they don’t have thus far are hiking and kayaking classes-but I’m confident it’s only a matter of time.

We just moved from Maryland and are so happy that there’s a locally owned pet supply business right down the street from us. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful including Jason the owner. Their prices are fantastic and the variety of items that they carry is plentiful and diverse. We brought one of our dogs in to get a bath at the self-service bath station and we’ll definitely be back with the others. We Love the reward program. all the food we buy has reward Points attached to it so we can get free dog washes or treats or even foods. like a little car wash for dogs, so much fun! best quality foods no junk. Such a great store! We take all of our dogs here for their nail trimmings, including our 100lb Pyrenees who is absolutely terrified of having his nails cut and screams bloody murder the entire time. We tried to do them ourselves and had taken him to Petsmart Grooming (who turned us away), but the owners of Just Dog People got it done like it was nothing! Everyone that works here is very friendly & we get to feel good about supporting a local business, too.
